Using Court Control

Court Control is provided to support community pickleball tournaments. By registering, checking in, or otherwise using the app, you agree to these terms.

Accounts & player records

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Player records and stats are maintained in good faith based on match results entered by Tournament Admins; if you believe a result is wrong, contact the Tournament Admin or Court Control directly.

Conduct

Court Control provides scheduling, scoring, and standings tools. It does not control player conduct, venue conditions, or on-court disputes — these are the responsibility of the tournament organizer and on-site staff, per USA Pickleball rules and the organizer's own event rules.

Availability

Court Control is a web application and, like any software, may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity issues, or bugs. Printable paper backups are provided at events specifically to cover this. See the Status page.

Fees

Where a tournament charges an entry fee, that fee is owed to the organizer under the organizer's own terms, not to Court Control, unless a Court Control payment flow is explicitly used for that event.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
