Data Deletion Request

You can request that your player data be deleted from Court Control at any time.

What gets deleted: your name and email on file; your DUPR ID, if provided; your player record and aggregated career stats.

What may be retained: historical match results may remain in a tournament's archived standings in de-identified or minimal form, since deleting them can affect the integrity of other players' results and standings for that event. If this applies, we'll let you know what's retained and why before completing the request.

How to request deletion: Email bonsabat@yahoo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the name/email your player record is under. We'll confirm your identity and process the request, typically within 5 business days.

Note: If you're actively registered in an upcoming tournament, deletion may affect your ability to check in or be scored for that event — we'll flag this before proceeding.
