Organizer Responsibility Statement

Court Control works with organizers in one of two ways, and it's worth being clear about who's responsible for what.

When Court Control directs your tournament: Bon (Patrick Sabat) personally runs the event day-of using Court Control — check-in, live scoring, standings, and medal rounds. Court Control is responsible for: accurate scheduling, scoring, and standings per USA Pickleball tiebreaker rules; on-site tournament operations while directing; app uptime and data integrity. The organizer is responsible for: venue, courts, equipment, permits/insurance, entry fee collection and refund policy, player conduct and disputes, and any decisions about cancelling or rescheduling the event.

When an organizer uses Court Control's public/player tools without on-site direction: the organizer remains responsible for running the event; Court Control's role is limited to the software itself.

In all cases: Court Control does not currently process tournament entry fees, and is not a party to any financial arrangement between players and organizers.
