What we collect

When you register for a tournament or claim a player record, Court Control collects: your name; email address (used to link your account and player record; optional for walk-in/unregistered play); DUPR ID (optional, only if you provide it); and match results and stats you generate by playing (wins/losses, points, standings history).

We do not currently collect payment information through the app. Any tournament fees are handled directly between you and the organizer, outside of Court Control.

How we use it

To run the tournament you're registered for (check-in, scheduling, scoring, standings); to maintain your persistent player record and career stats across tournaments, if you register or claim past results; and to display public results and the Hall of Fame leaderboard (name and stats only — never your email).

Who can see it

Public visitors can see your name, match results, and stats on public standings and Hall of Fame pages. Your email address is visible only to Tournament Admins for the events you're registered in, never displayed publicly.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the platform (e.g., hosting infrastructure) or if required by law.
